    Immediately available after purchase. You will recieve a link via email for download information.

    Physical Products

    Bags, Desk Mats, Laptop Sleeves, Hardcover Journals: These items are shipped via third party and their processing times are dependent upon them. Typically it is 2-5 business days.

    Stickers, Bookmarks, Art Prints: Typically 1-2 business days. These item are shipped directly from me.

  • Bags, Desk Mats, Laptop Sleeves, Hardcover Journals: These item are shipped via third party. Their shipping costs are dependent upon delivery country and weight of items ordered. Each item will receive a tracking number once processed.

    Stickers, Bookmarks, Art Prints: If you place an order that contains ONLY stickers or flat bookmarks, your order will ship as a First-Class stamped letter. This order does not include tracking. You will still receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been mailed. All other orders will automatically receive a tracking number. Shipping costs are charged by flat rate per item.

    • United States: 1-2 weeks

    • Canada: 2-3 weeks

    • Everywhere else: 3-8 weeks

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICIES

  • Refunds and Exchanges

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please carefully check product descriptions before purchasing.

    Cancellations

    Digital Products: No cancellations accepted.

    Bags, Desk Mats, Laptop Sleeves, Hardcover Journals: No cancellations accepted.

    Stickers, Bookmarks, Art Prints: If you need to cancel your order, please let me know ASAP. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Note: If your order includes items from the above category as well, no cancellations will be accepted.

  • Please be assured that I take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage in shipment. However, once the package leaves my shop, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out and send me a photo via email within 3 days of receiving your package. Replacements are issued depending upon availability of product. No refunds will be issued.

  • Ink Boggle is NOT responsible for packages that are lost during shipping. If it seems like your package may be lost in transit, please allow extra lead time for the package to arrive. Occasionally packages may take a longer or alternate route, but they will still arrive to your address. If for some reason your package does not arrive, please contact USPS and file a claim with your tracking number so they can better assist you in locating the package. 

    If your order says "delivered" by the carrier, there is nothing Ink Boggle is responsible for or can do.

  • Ink Boggle is not responsible for any customer input errors. PLEASE be mindful to include the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information at checkout. Promos or discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed. Changes to addresses cannot be made once the package has shipped. If an order is returned to me due to incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • Besides my website, you can find some of my products on Etsy and Amazon. Please be aware that not all of my available products may be listed on either of those platforms. Both of those platforms also charge additional fees to the seller, so I would be forever grateful if you choose to place your order on my website directly!

    Note: Any discounts listed on my website are exclusive to orders placed on www.inkbogge.com and will not be honored elsewhere.

    Shipping prices may vary depending on the platform you choose, since I have more control over shipping prices on my website.

  • If you would like to stay up to date on sales and new product releases, please sign up for my newsletter. It typically will go out once a month, but if we are having a flash sale, I will send that information out via newsletter the day before.

GENERAL FAQ

  • Ink Boggle is extremely serious about protecting your privacy. When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email solely for the purpose of processing your order. I will never sell your information for any reason at any time. I do not store, share or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.

  • At this time, I am not accepting any custom order requests.

  • I have at least 2 new collection releases every month, however this may be subject to change. I also add miscellaneous items to the shop at random. Please follow me on Instagram (@InkBoggle) for the latest updates. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive new product release info via email.

  • Ink Boggle has the right to cancel any orders that violates any part of my store policy as well as revoke all shopping privileges on www.inkboggle.com to any individuals without further notice.
